The philosophy
AI-native means the pipeline is part of the craft.
We started Tenoake because most of what people call “AI work” still feels like operating a vending machine. Push a button, take what falls out. We wanted to build the other thing — a studio where AI is the way the work gets made, not a feature bolted onto the side.
That means we design pipelines as carefully as we design brands. We treat prompts the way we treat type. And every deliverable comes with a system underneath it that your team can keep running.
We’re small on purpose. Senior people on every project. No layers, no hand-offs, no “we’ll get our junior to fix that”.
